O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Du Quoin

Very let down. I came to the store I've used primarily for ,6 years and O'Reilly's got over 20. Now the cheapest but they've always made up with this customer service. Not today I had some last minute rear brake pads I need to be replaced and I put them in my GPS and I was going to get there just a few minutes before close. So I called in they said they put on the counter and be ready for me when I showed up 6 minutes till closing they had the door locked and saw me out there and we're not a help and the sign said open. So regardless of anything it depends on the store and that's going to give you your customer service and I have to wake up extra early go two towns over to go to AutoZone because I'm not going to boycott this store for wasting an hour of my driving...

Horrible experience at this Duquoin Oreillys store . I bought a flywheel and starter here for my Jeep Wrangler well the starter is junk out the box would not engage the flywheel and would spin freely both ways . I took it back to the store today and asked the employee to test it for me and he said NO he doesn’t heyy paid to stay over and it takes 10 min to set it up. and that’s all we have is 10 min before closing time. Horrible...

Had to replace a serpentine belt nothing worse than vehicle troubles in an unfamiliar area and it was painful to get on to say the least I highly recommend Travis not only was he helpful in the store he was really helpful outside couldn't of done it without him we offered to tip him for the extra help he wouldn't take it said he was glad to help then gave us 4 waters he was a lifesaver thank you...
