Updated once again.I’m not sure how you can be in customer service and be completely out of the loop as to what is going on. First off, No! The toilet did not get fixed the first time the plumbers came out, oh news flash, it was the same company each time. Yes, we have text as well as overheard conversation between Natalya and ourselves and her and the plumber with regard to trying to evade payment. I’m so unsure as to how this entire company fails to understand what the customer has to go through and instead takes up for an incompetent agent.
The leak persisted since April and wasn’t fixed until August. What needed to be done was not done the first time. If you guys want to keep making yourselves look bad, then by all means you do that. Even after asking your wife or sister to allow us to speak to the owner personally and or her supervisor, she did not. But instead, she proceeded to sending us a slew of childish text messages, of which disrupted my place of work! We tried for a better part of two months attempting to contact ppl there, trying to obtain answers on our application to only get either no answers or call back. HOWEVER, they were VERY willing to accept our money for application fees, pulling our credit and finally NO OTHER PHONE CALLS, EMAILS or TEXT messages. Stay away! You’ll ONLY LOOSE MONEY.😡
FOLLOW UP....... Received a call asking to REMOVE ‘my’ review, it’s not happening. Not only is the response written here incorrect, but unprofessional to divulge ANY of what could have altered your decision of our application. Plain and simple, the calls, text and emails stopped or weren’t responded to once our payment was made. Even though ALL of our documents were sent TWICE without hesitation, as Natalya stated the ball of communication was dropped by THEM. I will not remove MY OPINION of the company, and suggest that anyone who persues business here, be weary. I will take the loss, but we will NOT attempt any other...
   Read moreI didnt have a good experience with this company. Company works via emails and text only. Hard to get a response, I'm still waiting for a followup call that I requested on 2/23! I went through the lease/purchase steps all the way up to lender. Lender advised what I would be able to purchase in 5 months. I have no clue whether I was officially approved, officially rejected, waiting list, just nada!
Also, the upfront cost is astronomical! First email only asks for the 3.5% and 1st month rent (over 6 grand), then next email says I now have to show I had paid 5 previous creditors or made a payment plan and paid 1st payment on those plans BEFORE moving in. Asked in text (2/26 and 2/27 )AND email (2/26, 2/27, AND 3/1)for call back and clarification.... Today is 3/6 and still not one...
