francesca's — Local services in Dubuque

I got a phone call from this location on Friday Dec 13th. I called back on that Sunday the 15th when I saw the voicemail( my other job is 10 hr shifts, so I didn’t see it until 2 days later). When I called back on Sunday I was met with confusion. The employee who answered the phone said they had no idea what I was talking about, that they never called me, and all while telling me I had no idea what I was talking about the assistant manager said they had no clue who I was and they seemed annoyed. I stayed “alright wow, awesome” and they went “wowww, hahahaha”. Totally inappropriate behavior. I saved the voicemail and also shared it to Facebook to show that someone did in fact call me from that store. Based on first impressions, presentation of the employees was not the greatest. As I walked into the store, two out of three employees are sitting on the counter, eating food, talking amongst themselves and not greeting customers. If I was their manager I would be writing them up for poor customer service because I just walked right on out of that store. Francesca’s used to be a pretty awesome store with employees greeting you when you came in and even asked you if you needed assistance. The ladies in the boutique are the sweetest team i have ever met! they helped me find the right size of dress i needed and also let me know the promotions they were having. Amazing!
