Target — Local services in Dumfries

This target had a stock problem, and which they "lose" stock on items that are already limited. Came this morning around 7:30am to make sure i was here in time to pick up the Funko Pop Dino Ultrazord, which was limited supply already. By open, there was about 3 of us trying to get this item. When we got to the back, they did not have anything out and had to go look for every single box that was coming out that day. About a hour and half later, they told us that the box that the pops we were looking for was "lost" and there was nothing we could do, not even take our names down when they found them. Worst part about this is that it was only this store in the area that has this issue, Potomac Mills and Manassas released these Pops on time. This target wasted a hours of my time. If would be different if they had sold out by the time i got there, which would have been understandable but to not get this Item after beginning one of the first people there for it and coming out with nothing due to this store beginning unable to keep there stock in check and "losing" boxes on release date is pathetic. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE FOR ANY ITEMS THAT ARE LIMITED, since they will probably lose...

ANNISA IS ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL! I was shopping at this location a few weeks ago and was having difficulty getting my payment to go through. It was my husband's birthday and I was running extremely late, this situation sent me into a minor panic. Annisa noticed that I was having a hard time and immediately came over to assist. Little did she know that she was signing up to take part in the longest 5 item transaction in the history of target. She did everything she could to help calm me down and she even went the extra mile to help me navigate through my apps since I am not tech savvy at all and ultimately be able to pay for my items. (2 hours later) oh and she even stayed after her shift to make sure i got everything taken care of! I wish all store associates that i encountered had her level of wonderful customer service, dedication and overall patience and kindness.
