This supermarket does not take care of the product it sells, it is the second time that I buy something and it is bad or expired, once it was my little daughter who wanted something we bought and when she was going to eat it I noticed that it looked strange (they were some bimbo donuts) so I checked it and it was expired and I did not give it much importance other than to notify its employees, but on Saturday October 26th I went to the store for several things among them bread (semitas) so I could have coffee with my guests at home, when everyone had already eaten the bread and I sat down to eat myself, I noticed that the bread was full of mold and greenish and it still said that it had not expired, so I took it back to their store and let them know that if any of us got sick it would be their fault, the manager told me that the only thing he could do is give me back my money, and it seems quite irresponsible to me that they do not take charge of what they sell to the public. It seems that these people need to make everything more legal so that they can do things right, and their prices are already extremely high and yet we still consume them, so they should be exceptional with their services. Honestly, I feel very dissatisfied and disappointed with this supermarket.
este supermercado no cuida el producto que vende , es la segunda vez que compro algo y estĂĄ malo o vencido , una vez fue mi hija pequeña quien querĂa algo lo compramos y cuando lo iba comer note que se miraba extraño (eran unas donas de bimbo) asĂ que lo revisĂ© y estaba vencido y no le di mayor importancia mĂĄs que notificar a sus empleados , pero el sĂĄbado 26 de octubre fui a la tienda por varias cosas entre ellas pan (semitas) para poder tomar cafĂ© con mis invitados en casa , cuando todos ya habĂan comido el pan y me sentĂ© a comer yo , note que el pan estaba lleno de moho y verdoso y aĂșn decĂa que no habĂa expirado , asĂ que lo lleve a su tienda de regreso y les hice saber que si alguno de nosotros enfermaba seria su culpa , el gerente me dijo que lo unico que podria hacer es devolverme el dinero , y me parece bastante irresponsable que no se hagan cargo de lo que venden al publico. parece que esta gente necesita que se haga mas legal todo para que hagan bien las cosas , y ya de por si sus precios son sumamente altos y aun asi lo consumimos , entonces deberian ser excepcionales con sus servicios. hoenstamente me siento muy insatisfecha y decepcionada de este...
