I had placed an order for 1 Large Cheese Pizza and 1 Large Pepperoni Pizza for delivery. The order itself took an hour which is weird because, when I got the notification that it was out for delivery, what should have been a 10-15 min drive turned out to be 40-50 mins. Needless to say when I got the pizza's might family was famished and we were surprised by the fact that we received 2 cheese pizzas instead. I immediately called them to rectify this information and the person over the phone had asked if I had returned the pizza which I had said no since the driver had left. They said they would bring us another pizza with pepperoni this time and I thanked them for their service. When the new pizza arrived another 40 mins later I was surprised to be asked to return the pizza that was wrongly sent to me. I said that I couldn't since, the wait was so long and I was under the impression that the 2nd pizza wouldn't be returned due to their mistake, we had started eating it. The driver said that was the policy so after some thought I decided to have them take back the pepperoni pizza. Had a realized that was the policy I wouldn't have bothered. About 6 months ago I ordered a pizza for delivery the driver tipped himself I ordered with a card. I checked my statement and he had tipped himself $5. I went there and the manager was so rude. No matter how nice I was about the situation he gave me an attitude. which led to me getting loud and telling them I was going to report it he told me to go ahead but I left it alone. Fast forward to 6 months later. I just called today to place an order. I live literally less than 3min away. Steven told me they don’t deliver to my address I asked why and his response was my driver said he doesn’t want to deliver to you because he had delivered to you 6 times and you didn’t tip him. I was so shocked. I told him I tip when I have. And when I can. I dont know when it became mandatory for customers to tip. I couldn't tell you how many times they've found a way to screw up my order. Most recently, after baking my pizza, they realized that they forgot a topping. Instead of remaking the pizza, they decided to throw the missing topping on top of the already cooked pizza and cook a little longer. The result was less than stellar. After bringing this to Vocelli's attention, they offered me a free pizza the next time I ordered. This was only after one of the managers in the building tried to pick a fight with me. I tried to order that pizza today, and magically, there was no free pizza on my account. This is the second time they've screwed up enough to warrant a free pizza, and the second time the promised free pizza hasn't shown up on my account.
