Poor Service via the “Manger”. I placed an order in store to dine in. I asked for my meal to be cooked to order. Which means EVERYTHING cooked/made fresh! I noticed there were onion rings sitting in the tray and I asked the manger who was bagging the orders for the counter and drive thru, when my order comes up to not pull nor place my freshly cooked rings in that pile. Simple enough I thought she understood but no. I watched her pull onion rings literally seconds after our conversation from that same pile place them in a bag and continue bagging other orders. I then hear the worker (maybe 3-4mins later) in the back say “this is the fresh Whopper”. Manger picks it up, places it in the bag with the onion rings from earlier and proceeded to hand me the bag. Confused… I said that’s not my order I’m number 91 I placed a fresh order and dining in! She says it is fresh, I say how is it fresh when I WATCHED you pull it from a pile that was sitting. Not one person on fry duty came over while I stood there and placed a fresh batch down. Manger then says to the back make fresh onion rings sarcastically and then made air quotes when saying “fresh”. There's no way this BK location has gotten this many 4 or 5 star reviews organically - this is the worst BK I've ever been to based on multiple experiences over a few years. I've started timing at the drive thru and it always takes 5+ minutes to serve each car. 5 cars in line? You'll be there over 30 min even if it's not a busy time.
Yesterday I went for the last time and from pull up to driving off with my food was 55 minutes. There were 6 cars ahead of me! I honestly feel bad for the employees because they always seem understaffed and you can tell by how the building is maintained that this is the type of franchise owner that has no pride in running a clean convenient establishment or providing Great (or even good) service to its customers. I'm sure they don't invest in their employees or training either. The only positive is they finally fixed their ice cream shake machine - I can't even remember the last time that was available at this location.
The franchisee that owns this location should be ashamed and, if I were with corporate, I would try to force them to sell it. Either that or bulldoze it and turn it into a Chick-fil-A where they actually have standards and aim to serve the customers at...

Every single time the orders are not correct. The food prep is horrible. Twice the cheese is on the bottom and I can not count how many times I received my whopper with bun burger, condiments on the meat not the top bun and the cheese on top of the Lettuce. Most of the time they are out most condiments like honey mustard, ketchup, etc Also most drinks. For a week I could only get sparkling water or root beer. Parking lot dirty inside horrific. Customers and employees sitting on the counter. Letnot forget the drive thru where after you pay at 1st window you are instructed to stay there until they complete your order which is always extremely long. This to trick the service timer.
