Great Wall Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Virginia

Thought I finally found a good Chinese food place in dumfries area because they all are some trash but when it comes to correcting orders that they messed up is another story. I am allergic to broccoli and reminded them when ordering a item they usually garnish with broccoli that I didn’t want the broccoli and why and they still sent me extra broccoli on my food and try to argue with me that I asked for extra and refused to fix the order that day and told me they will fix it another day for me. I took them their food back and asked for a refund. I tried them again after not ordering for a while and sadly to say it wasn’t long before the same issue happened. I will never spend my money there again. I will just have to travel to 15-20 minutes to get some real good food and...

Called to make an order for delivery, was asking the lady on the phone about price difference of upgrading fried rice to shrimp fried rice, the next I know the phone was dead quiet and I was hung up on. This place has no sense of customer service. We have had couple of bad experiences from this place but we just decided to give them one more chance, this was the icing on the cake. We will no longer order from here from here on out. Their arrogance knows no bound. Last time we ordered the delivery guy had me to come down to get my food when they know where to deliver to. BEWARE THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU! Ive been gioing to this place for about a year now every thing was ok until recently they charged an extra tip on my card. When i confronted the lady that is always there and that speaks decent enough english to take an order she all of a sudden didnt speak english any more, then was too busy and ultimately plain just ignored me. Also when i went in to speak with them about the the over charge i saw the same cashier handeling money then going into the kitchen grab eggrolls with unwashed bare hands and put them in the fryer.
