Kelly's Trim Shop — Local services in Duncan

I definitely warn against going here with the way that Kelly (I assume the head of the shop) handled our business.

We took our car to remove the bubbles in the window tint and have the front car seats reupholstered. The first warning sign was he (the one in charge) took our car before ordering the parts required for installation. That means our car stayed with him for nearly two weeks, and we couldn't take it back until the parts were delivered because he already started working on the seats.

We were happy with the results, despite the mess he left inside the car. A few days later I had problems opening the trunk of the car. It is very heavy and whenever I pushed it all the way up, it quickly and harshly close shut. Before, it would stay up and not close like that. There was a wire in the trunk that must've belonged in the trunk, and the overall appearance of the trunk door looked like it has been tampered with.

When we called to ask about this issue, the man said that it was broken and we brought it to him like that. This is completely false, the trunk was just fine when we took it to him. In fact, we opened it prior to taking it over for repairs. We NEVER had problems with the trunk until we took it to him, though he persisted with his assumption.

I get it may be our fault that we didn't check with him at the moment, but as a busy student and supposedly "reliable service," I didn't think much of it at the time.

Now I have to pay $140 to get the trunk fixed at my trusted dealership. Never again will come to this lying and scummy business. I recommend to take a video of your entire vehicle and reviewing it with him after picking up your vehicle because this man is completely unreliable. I wished more could be done than a simple Google review that will be buried later. I might even file a complaint with BBB with how terrible this service was. The quality here is NOT worth the headache...

The multi-function screen (stereo, speakers & camera screen) went out in my 2018 Winnebago Vista LX RV. Kelly had a replacement system and speakers, but the new system required digital inputs for the side and rear cameras. Kelly kept working on it until he found the correct programmable harness and the new system works better than the original 2018 factory installed system. And the cost was reasonable and close to what Winnebago quoted for the same original factory system. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Kelly’s work and patience to get it right. Stopped to but seat covers for two trucks. I went in a woman was watching TV. I walked through the show room and no one was in there. I walked over to where woman was sitting watching TV and asked here a question and stood there like a dummy waiting for and answer. She never looked away from the TV.
