Sequatchie Valley Brewing Co. — Local services in Dunlap

We were ordering a pizza for our kids and inquired about the spice level. The person on the phone (Keegan?) unkindly assured that there was no spice on the pizza. When we received the pizza, the kids dug in and to our surprise, there was crushed red pepper ALL OVER the pizza! Called back to inquire if this was intentional or not and the same woman curtly denied putting any spice on the pizza. Asked to speak with a manager and was told they were not available. She did, however, offer to remake the pizza, to her credit, but an apology or some sort of ownership over the incident would have been preferred. 1 year old and 5 year old experienced their mouths on fire immediately after eating the pizza.

Hopefully this was an honest mistake, but the way it was handled made it feel a bit personal and deliberate.

Great little place to stop. They have about 6 beers on draft and a handful of sandwiches, wraps and flatbreads.

For those with kids- I wouldn't consider this place the most kid friendly. Nothing against the establishment, but I got strange looks from people both times I've tried the place. There are no high chairs and no kids menu. We sat out back on the patio both times and my kids were able to run around and play some of the games they had...

Root beer float came out well after our food. Had to order a water because the float took so long. My chicken salad arrived in a cheap plastic bowl and the chicken was so overcooked it wasn’t edible.
