Crazy Chicks — Local services in Dunnellon

I took my mother here on a whim (not normally "her kind" of shop) and not only did she fall in love with the ladies working here, but found the perfect, original, repurposed bar stools (pictured) for her kitchen counter.

Slightly off the beaten path, this old house turned antique/vintage/retro boutique is a hidden gem. Rooms are themed & well organized, albeit eclectic. Hospitality, helpfulness, charm & friendliness ooze from the staff. While each room seems chock full of treasures & nostalgia, the ladies working here know where every individual item sits. Some of the pieces here have been repurposed by a very talented & skilled artist, including the solid-color bicycles sitting on the front lawn.

On a side note, the name is no longer Six Crazy Chicks. In honor of one of the ladies who helped get this shop started, upon her passing, they removed Six from the name, hence the new moniker...

One of the best shops in Dunnellon! Located in historic Dunnellon and filled with local vendors’ items. This historic house has many rooms with different themes—vintage, antique, farmhouse, coastal, boho, and midcentury. Locally made jellies and salsa, too! Great customer service....
