I have been coming here at least 6 years and you know , I have given this store chance after chance however today was the last straw, I own a business, Itâs sales and marketing , my first job was at Food lion in 1995 as a sacker I was 15 ⌠I learned from the ground up , what is expected of you in a grocery store I eventually moved up to a cashier I think one of the most genuine lesson I ever learned was to treat people as if it was you were on the other side of that register, Today I was rushed through the line scoffed out and made to purchase peaches I did not want and told to just take them , and I clearly stated I did not want them , I called the manager and he tried to give me my cash back and of course the money wasnât there because I paid for 9.00 in peaches now that teller knew I was trying to get 10.00 back and I expressed that to her. If she would of slowed down, had an once of compassion and not tried to rush me off I wouldnât of been mortified in front of the man behind me, she could of helped me out appropriately and I would not of had to go back home get the peaches and get a refund for 8.98 it was ridiculous and I will never shop her again because of it .You have to train your cashiers that every customer counts no matter because if I tell you I know I have spent well over 10k in...

I went to the deli and was standing around for several minutes waiting and waiting. âSushi boyâ was working on sushi right in front of me. I was getting angry but wanted to be polite. Then a VERY ATTRACTIVE young woman wearing yoga pants walked up to the counter. Sushi boy piped right up; âhow may I help you?â He couldnât be more friendly! She said she was just looking and then he went right back to completely ignoring me!!
I stormed out, and left my other selections.
Pruittâs: TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE. I can get ignored or treated rudely for less cost at Walmart or I could just drive to Texas where stores have competition and have to earn their customersâ...
