I’m only giving them 3 stars because when I came in the first time for a regular hair appointment, cut and color, I had a fantastic experience. My hair looked great and they got me in promptly. I decided I’d use them for my wedding too. I arrive with my bridal party, and we were barely greeted. Everyone was very busy, and didn’t seem to be wrapping up. We had a small window of time allotted for the appointment, so after 15 minutes of waiting we decided to leave. Kennedy did such an amazing job! It was my first experience getting my hair cut & dyed professionally and she made me feel completely comfortable. She talked with me and my friend like we were old friends, which was nice considering we were there for four hours. She did an excellent job at the color alone, not even mentioning the cut!! Toshia was wonderful! She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for! She had another client come in early and was the obviously concerned with making sure she took care of her clients. She took the time to do test strands and set up realistic expectations. My hair took longer to process than expected and she didn't charge any extra for that significant amount of time. They were also very sweet and patient with my daughter....
