I give Catholic charities five stars up the beautiful people that great for the community they help every anyone in the community they take their time with people to find out what your problem is and how can they solve your problem they don't they don't rush you they don't put you on that no kind of stress I love Catholic charities they're the best I think they're better than trosa they're better than urban ministries they're better than Ernie Mills and I really hope the community so if you want to volunteer or donate Catholic charities is the a one place to do it 5 thumbs up for Catholic charities...

I called them for assistance and Marcella told me to come and bring her some info that she needed in regards to helping me. I caught a bus there on a Friday which took an hour. When I got there she got my personal stuff and said I will give you a call on Monday to let you know how much help we can give you I said great and left. Marcella that barely speaks good English call my phone 30 minutes later saying we can't help you 😞. She had me gathering all my personal information,catch a hour long bus ride, and she didn't help me at all. She didn't even let me make it back home she called me so fast to...

Diré que muchas personas aquí brindan un buen trato y son muy compasivas. .Fue lamentable experimentar en esta ocasión un maltrato por parte de la sra. MARISELA, quien dijo ser una manager de este lugar, pero la actitud de esta sra, fue soberbia y grosera conmigo. Es preocupante que personas así con esa actitud estén como autoridades en una institución como Catholic Charities. Creo que aunque allí ya no se estén brindando algunas ayudas pero algunos, somos enviados sin tener una clara información, pero aún así llegamos con una esperanza de poder obtener cualquier ayuda de forma compasiva.. ¡NO se debe tratar a ninguna persona como lo hizo esta sra, más en este tiempo de Reflexión, Amor y Compasión para muchos como lo es (Semana Santa). No debe suceder esto en estas instituciones y mucho menos por alguien con un importante cargo como ella. Muchos sólo buscamos ayuda porque tal vez estamos pasando momentos difíciles . Le dije que quería hablar con otra persona y pareció no gustarle . Acudí a otra persona para que me brindar un mejor trato y así fue. También fui atendida por la Sra. Directora quien mostró Empatía, Profecionalismo y fue compasiva, le di muchas gracias por eso . En el pasado he visitado otras instituciones de Catholic Charities y han sido experiencias muy lindas. Esto no debe pasar en este lugar, es lamentable que alguna persona no esté muy bien capacitada sobre cual es la misión y el propósito por el cual han sido creadas y funcionan estas...
