I don't feel the need to write a review often, but for this place (and my love of great tacos) I will do it. These guys make the real stuff, fresh tortilla, house made salsas and chips and etc, great flavors, nothing fancy, just traditional done well. REALLY good tacos (working my way through the rest of the menu, but I am confident it is solid). The chef/owner is pretty much always there and you can tell he cares about his food.    Read moreOne of Durham's hidden gems, easily one of the top three Latin American restaurants in a town that has lots. Don't let the exterior fool you, the restaurant inside is large, impeccably clean, and welcoming.
The food is fantastic with fare from Mexico, El Salvador, and Honduras. Fresh, authentic, and packed with flavor. Prices are low, portains are large, and the staff some of the friendliest and most attentive in the Triangle. They'll happily customize heat levels and sauces to fit individual tastes.
