Me and my bestie went to Dyersburg to do some shopping at shops not near us, Hobby Lobby, Old Navy, etc., and decided to eat at DQ due to being close and it being noonish. Wrong choice! They was busy when we went in but we waited it out. She and her mom ordered then I ordered. Receipt says 12:50. I ordered a 4 piece honey bbq chicken combo. In the middle of me ordering my friend came up and asked for a different cup due to it being dirty. Desmond I do believe was the guys name, he had long pink fingernails, did not seem to happy. Any ways after getting my food he said my total was $11.07 so I gave him $21.07 so I could get an even $10 back. He did not seem to like that. He tried to hand me my $1 back so I said I gave you that $1 so I can get a $10 back. He seemed very annoyed at that fact. After I got my change we went to get drinks and a table. All the tables were dirty and sticky feeling but we didn’t complain just wiped them off with my alcohol wipes. My friends food came out,16, then someone else’s,19, I was 18. I was very confused but passed it off. I waited till someone else number got called then went to ask about my food. It was literally sitting on the counter where they put food to keep it warm. The cashier said “oh I was about to call you” I looked in the food and he gave me plain tenders. I told him about and then he proceeded to tell me that I ordered plain. I said I ordered a chicken tender combo meal but I wanted the chicken with honey bbq on it. He said I should’ve said I wanted them tossed. He then asked the cook remake them. When I got them back I also had to ask for utensils. When I finally was able to eat my food was cold but I ate it anyways. I don’t know if he was upset because I gave him an extra $1 or what his...
Read moreBeing a top %20 restaurant reviewer on good I'll tell it how it is. First off, the food is food at this location. I ordered the 4 piece honey bbq chicken strip basket. The fries were good as well as the chicken, although it was a tad bit cold. When I arrived inside the restaurant though I waited at the front counter a good ten minutes before being helped. The employees noticed me but did not greet me and were solely focused on doing drive thru orders. I recieved my good at a decent time after but they forgot my toast that was suppose to come with it. I came back to the front counter to ask for the toast and the woman (who looked to be the manager) was taking an elderly couples order in front of me. She looked as if she did not want to be there at all and almost annoyed at having to take an order. I asked for my toast and she looked even more annoyed at having to get what came with my order. I said thank you as I'm always well-mannered and got no response. After I ate inside I went to the drive through for an ice cream. That took about 20 minutes. I definely would not call this establishment fast food and come here to eat if you're in a huhorror expect great service. Besides the negatives, the food is pretty good though, but I will save my bucks for Chick fil a next time for better food and...
Read moreOur food was very overpriced. After a 30 minute wait we where told they were out of meat. The front cashier was constantly playing with her hair scratching her head and moving her long hair around the food then touching the people’s food no gloves or hair nets. The sides set under a heat light while they found the meat. There was several who left without ordering. Our order was given to the wrong people then left in the front counter for whomever and to get cold. I know y’all really don’t care but we will never go back and hope all that read this does the same. It was so bad and worse it was so rude from the staff to all. Another man was served burnt chili to the point you could not even recognize it and another left their cold fries on the front counter stating you should not serve these. The front clerk said. Oh my god people give me a break Jesus In front of a full line. Think this was very...
