Furniture-Land — Local services in Dyersville

I bought a 2500.00 couch from Furniture Land in Dyersville Ia. And one electric recliner didn't work right from the start. They gave me a phone # of the "fix it guy" they use. He came out 2 or 3 times to fix it but was never able to get it to work and he just stopped answering my calls. The only thing "Furniture land" would do was kept telling me to call him. Not to mention the Leather on the couch peeled off in less than a year. Again i was told there was nothing they could do. Bad business people to say the least. I will definitely find somewhere else to spend my money from now on. Thanks for nothing...

I have working with these guys for years. Their store is in great condition, their products are the exact same to your bigger city’s (maybe less of a selection but are able to get it in with no problem), their service is where they do it best. They have help deliver, install/set up, they set up my shower tiling it and I have had a couch my kids broke and repaired it. Russ was great listening to my needs and finding me exactly what I was looking for right on the showroom floor. Their inventory was great.
