A surprisingly upscale and modern bar / restaurant in an otherwise quaint small Iowa town. Very cool atmosphere and vibe. We were traveling and getting into town late and we looked up places to eat and liked the menu here. We called to see how late the kitchen would be open and they asked how long it would be before we would get there. Once we told them they said they'd wait for us! Now how often do you get that! Elias our bartender was kind, knowledgeable and suggested a great drink option for me. We chose simple burgers and fries for dinner but they were anything but simple. The burgers were delicious, juicy and cooked to perfection. Elias said it was a local community raised beef and it was wonderful. The fries were nicely seasoned and done right, soft inside with a slight crunch outside. The night we visited was a quiet night there but it looks like it could be a fun and hopping place on a weekend. Highly recommend!

While doing a show in Iowa, the boss (country artist Ashton Shepherd), our friend Carroll Ann Pittman, and myself discovered a truly amazing place! If you ever find yourself surrounded by miles of corn while in Dyersville, visit FUSE. You will not be disappointed. FUSE 224 2nd Ave. NE Dyersville, IA 52040

Were were there on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. I was looking forward to a "community" steak. I ordered a ribeye...they were out of ribeye. They had a tenderloin on their specials...Both my husband and I ordered a tenderloin and I asked for butter with it (I eat low carb high fat). The server didn't know if they had butter. She comes back shortly and said sorry, but we are out of tenderloins. Soooo, I asked what beef they have. She said burgers. She gave us some time to look over the menu and the bartender came over to take our order. She seemed more experienced and was apologetic. We ordered burgers. My husband upgraded to a salad for a side. The salad came with the wrong dressing...not a big deal. As he looked over the salad, 50% of the spring mix was wet and decomposing, so the bartender said she would get us a new one. She came back and said all of their lettuce is like that and she wouldn't serve it, but if he wanted a salad, she would cut lettuce and make it for him. He changed to the parmesan asparagus like I had. The burgers came out prior to our appetizer. His burger was missing the cheese and my asparagus was missing the parmesan...oops. They fixed his burger and brought our steak bites appetizer, but forgot the butter that I ordered. They said they didn't have butter. Then they only had unsalted butter, and I said that was fine. I can add salt if needed. They brought the butter (about a teaspoon) and a cup of parmesan cheese to put on my asparagus. We are from out of state and traveled most of the day and just wanted to eat. The burgers were not cooked to our liking but it wasn't worth a fuss at this point. As my husband said, it was to the point of being comical. I felt sorry for the bartender and the other server, because I am sure their income is affected by the subpar food. Management and cooks, you've got to do better if you...

Let me start off by saying I would never go here again. At first glance Fuse looks like a super nice place but the more time you spend there and the closer you look the worse it gets. Myself and some family went in for diner one night and were looking for a CLEAN table. There were 0 clean tables and they were not busy with bartenders just standing around. We eventually choose a table and wipe it off ourselves giving the business the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to waiting for the employee to take our order.. Other customers were coming in and all getting there orders taken before ours. Finally we got our menus and drinks every single one of the glasses for the adults had finger and dust marks on them. Waiting to order our food took about 35 minutes. Once the food was finally ordered it took another 50 minutes for our food to get out to the table and it wasn't even hot. The food tasted good but not worth the outrageous prices and cold food being served to you. We got our bill and it was outrageous along with the 2% charge for using a card which is normal now but the price for pasta is like $18.00. The whole family was very disappointed with this experience and we will not be back. Glad theirs other places in town that take there time and care about what they are doing...
