I like to support local business and was very disappointed here. Ordered a custom area rug in July and was told 2-3 weeks when it was ordered. Called 6 times after 3 weeks to just get a status update and was always told they would call me back which never happened until I called them out for it. Rug finally was finished in October, 3 months after it was ordered. Long lead time was mostly on the company that binds rugs for them. Staff was rather rude when I picked up the rug and saw it had the less expensive binding on it when I ordered the more expensive binding. Glad I brought the initial quote with me when final payment was due as they tried to charge me more than what was quoted. They really dropped the ball and I will be taking future...
