Updated: I feel bad that I have to alter my review of Rockin' Jump now that it's a Sky Zone. Now that Sky Zone has bought out Rockin' Jump, they have turned it into a mirror copy of the other horrible examples of overpriced kid's play areas. Do not use their facilities unless there's a hypothetical gun-to-your-head situation. The eating area literally left me nauseous. The plasticware dispensers weren't being used and the food baskets they were using to hold utensils were dirty and only stocked with knives and forks. Most of the napkin dispensers on the dirty tables were empty. All of the tables looked like they hadn't been cleared or wiped off for hours. The staff was untrained and disinterested in even basic customer service skills. I ordered a pretzel and after ten minutes, I asked where it was and I was told it would be about six minutes. I then said it had already been at least that amount of time and he said there was some coming out right at that moment, clearly indicating I had to remind them that someone was waiting for their order still. I can't believe how terrible this company is at customer service, and I know they can't even defend themselves, because then they'd have to admit they need to start training their staff. Watching all of their staff walk around with AirPods in, ignoring their customers was just mindblowing-ly arrogant. Please don't waste your important consumer dollars here. Rockin' Jump review: I've been here with my family before and other than the slow service at the concession stand, I didn't think anything was off the rails. Then I started looking at the reviews here, and I noticed a pattern of the owner deflecting responsibility and making poor excuses for bad employee-training protocols. The training is a reflection of management, which clearly is well below acceptable standards.

These guys sell unlimited passes and then don't honor them at anytime you would actually want to use them. I was specifically told that if I purchased a membership I could use it during the weekends and it clearly states on all their signage that members can access the park anytime before 1pm. The front desk person Mary was extremely polite and did her best to let parents know they couldn't enter with kids but the manager Lynn was apparently too busy to come out and provide an explanation or support her staff who are clearly overwhelmed by angry parents with crying disappointed kids. They need to change all the signage and stop pushing memberships with the benefit of weekend access if they cannot provide it. Photos of the signs and the email they use to sell memberships. Again management should be out supporting staff when something like this happens and they change policy. Not hiding in a back room refusing to talk customers and just refund the membership cost and be done with it.

Lots of fun for kids and parents. Lots to do unlike some parks that just have the open jump and dodge ball. My daughter use to go to SZ all the time but once we tried Rock n Jump she doesn't like to go anywhere else. We don't mind the 35 minute drive to go as it's totally worth it to her. Decently priced, they have all day passes, memberships that pay for themselves in one visit and a food court so you could literally stay the whole day. If your not a jumper they have really nice "relax" areas for parents with a few different TV's going with couches, chairs and massage chairs. We have gone at least 20 times since we started going in Halloween. My daughter really loves the GLO jump. Definitely recommend it for all ages!! 😉

I have never left a review like this, but I feel extremely inclined to after reading others after my own experience.

We had a party here on Saturday, I arrived about 30 minutes later, got checked in and basically stood in a mob of people waiting for our guests. Upon arrival of my guests there were lines and lines, the last guest to arrive was about 10 minutes late but they didn’t get their socks or checked in until about 40 minutes in. There was a line and one employee checking in all the parties. And they needed to check each child with the parent that signed the waiver / which defeated the whole purpose of signing the waiver before arriving. At 3pm we heard mumbling over the intercom so weren’t sure if it was for us or not, we were all gathered outside the room just in case. The pizza and soda was there but no employees, minutes later they called me by name to the front and said we were supposed to be in the room. The employee served pizza and soda to the kids and left, we didn’t see her again until about 3:50, when I asked if the kids could go jump til parents got there, was told yes. I began cleaning the room up and gathering our things. There was 0 customer service the entire party honestly, which is insane with the prices they ask for. After leaving I had gone into my purse knowing I had $83.00 in cash in it, with the receipt (I never carry cash so this was one of few moments). I opened my purse up to put the cash away, $60 were missing. I called in the day after to see if maybe someone turned it in, I do know it was my fault for leaving my belongings in the party room, and the manager suggested I talk to the parents that attended the party. There was only one parent with me, aside from my own parents who came for their grandchild. The parent was with me the entire time. The only time my belongings were away from me were while the card was in the party room. Ultimately, I feel as though I paid $300+ for 3 pizzas and 3 sodas, and for 20 solid minutes for all the kids to jump together. Rockin jump was MUCH more organized, friendly, I won’t be having a party...

This has been a good place for us, especially during the winter months, for the kids to get some energy out. I would say it's better than some trampoline parks - fairly clean, a manageable mix of activities, and seating for adults. As others have shared, the staff seems young and inexperienced. The staff monitoring the trampoline areas seem to take notice of some things, and definitely overlook a lot, so as a parent, makes me want to keep a close eye on any kids in my group. THIS IS IMPORTANT: Wanted to share a situation I witnessed this past weekend. A staff person and a woman with a child, who appeared maybe to be 8-10 years old, approached another woman. They started accusing the woman they approached that her child had hurt the other child. I heard the whole conversation and it was very unprofessional on the Rockin' Jump staff's part. For starters, she didn't at any point ask the woman they approached if the child in question was even hers - which it turns out, was not - but just started accusing. It was very uncomfortable, and without getting into big details, it was racist. I talked to the woman who was approached and told her I'd be willing to be a witness if she needed someone to verify the situation. She said she had talked to a manager on-site (side note: the staff person who did the confrontation was also apparently a manger, which is startling) and that it was resolved as best as it could be. I wrote to the head company, and I hope this place invests in some true conflict training for staff and puts protocol in place to handle situations. In this day, profiling and false accusations can lead to big trouble. They got lucky this time. With this in mind, I am not eager to head back any time soon. And just a reminder to all - if activity like this happens to yourself or others, here or...
