To the woman hat wants all the upscale stores because she has better taste than the stores at the outlet mall. Go to the MOA! Lulumon (don’t care how to spell t) will never be at an outlet mall. We shop there quite a bit for Adidas as they have AMAZING deals all the way time. I shop at the GAP and Can’t each store often. Please note that outlet stores are different than the actual and stores Outlet stores are not made the same as some brand names. They have different styles and lot of the time, the sizing could be different and the materials are not as good or as well made. Totally different manufacturers. Not all stores are outlet stores either. I’m not hard on my clothes so the outlets stores are good for me but if you are hard on them go to a regular brand store. Got amazing deals today...

Normally I give every business five stars in my reviews because I want the business to thrive. I've been disappointed with the Eagan Outlet because I live in Eagan and I have a higher standard. I don't know who your target audience is; but with this brick and mortar only being a few years old, it seems run down and just getting by. Nothing exceeds my expectations. Even downtown Chicago feels cleaner than this outlet mall. No upscale business will become a tennant--this is a premium outlet right? Let's see lululemon, athleta, Oakley, Sorel, Tumi, Claire's Outlet, Crocs, nordstrom rack, tory burch, or even world market. It's time to step things up in Eagan so we don't what was started here.
