I was actually kind of disappointed today. I went into the flexy store to get 2 new shirts printed from the original one i had printed there about 2 years ago in support to bring awareness to a special cause on behalf of one of my sons.I had about 7 or 8 shirts printed there for that cause. I needed them in 2weeks,as my kids out grew the ones they have and as family, we wear them on a special day this month of April. But today, i was told that the store does not do that print any more due to the colors which are pink, white, blue and yellow and were time consuming. The gentlemen told me that they cannot print that and that they are very busy. Which one is it you are very busy and dont have time or you cannot make the print. i wasn't even asked when I needed them by, there were no accommodations , just refusal i got from that. Just not what I expected form a business, is all I am saying.
&Thank you for your response and appreciate you taking the time to reply, but want to clarify that at no point during my visit 2 years ago was i informed that my order was accepted 1 time to help .and the reason for this is my design has 5 different colors and each part contains a separate neon vinyl. I understand that policies change, but transparency is key, especially when customer's are relying on the information given directly by staff or the business. I told him I wish he communicated that better but you know what? It’s ok I’m a Doctor in healthcare and I’m uses to a lot of different kinds of people. Then I said do you know how long it would take since I have a flight tomorrow? He made such a rude gesture and said I AM NOT A MAGICIAN.. Read moreFirst when entering the establishment there was no one to be found. There was a 40 minutes before someone apaired. Then when a person appeared he was rude. He lacked customer service skills. Not only was he ready to fight a customer he cursed and yelled. I truly believe that the situation happened because of racial bias. It was an unfortunate situation to have watched. I was not the customer that the person was rude to but again it was an unfortunate situation. SAVE YOUR MONEY....
