Parking is horrible with that being said finally got into building 10 mins after appt time. It took another 25 mins for the receptionist to get in touch with Andrea H. Several times! Has no compassion or patience for the elderly/stroke/cancer patient that she turned away simply because no one could get in contact with her during the appointment time, this lady should not be working in this field with the type of attitude she has. I came here to visit their express care because it’s closer to my job than my home and I wanted to be seen . I’ve been here for 3 hours now ! And afraid to leave cause I work everyday and won’t find time to. Don’t waist your time unless u don’t have transportation and time to spare waiting I advise go elsewhere. Express care my ass ! I called not more than 2 hours before I arrived to make sure they were open for walk-ins and were able to do x-rays. They said yes to both, yet when I arrived the doors were all locked, with one having a piece of paper saying they were closed.
