Best Steak N Gyros — Restaurant in East Cleveland

I go here for Thursdays $1 wings. Lemon pepper, BBQ, Garlic Parm. I dont like how they put the sauce on the wings. They just pour it on. Not evenly either. Just thrown on there. Presentation is everything. Sometimes it take over 30 minutes to get your order. But the other day, I ordered 25 wings and I received my order in less than 10 minutes. The area is not the best but I haven't had Anything stolen Or I had people asking me for money or anything. I did go here late night one evening around 12:00 midnight. Nothing sketchy no problems. And I'm checking for everything because I got a truck full of equipment so I'm always looking in the parking lot to see if somebody messing with my stuff. There's a liquor store right across the street so I be checking out looking at my truck. But I haven't had any problems since I've been going there. The restaurant do have chairs in there and does have a couple tables and booths but nobody eats in there. Overall if this on a late night tip and there's not a lot of options to eat at and you looking for a burger Wing barbecue Polish boy ribs and all the other soul food I would say this is a good spot to go to they're always open late. Is not the best all in all but considering the options after 11:00 and 12:00 unless you're eating at the gas stations this is not a bad...

I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich with some grilled onions and the cook there is lazy. The onions were huge and barely touched the grill and soaked in butter which was gross. Also, my bread was not even toasted all the way and it was drenched in butter. This was the saddest egg sandwich I have ever had. My husband took it back to have them remake it and when he brought it home it wasn't much better. The toast was toasted slightly more but the whole sandwich was so buttery and greasy that I still couldn't eat it. The old cook that worked there before they remodeled the place used to make a great egg sandwich and even though the inside wasn't that great I would have still recommended it especially late night but now I would say don't waste your time or money just buy the ingredients and make your own...

30 years ago they were a top local eatery. Now the poor quality food and questionable cleanliness has plummeted them to the dung heap. The prices are far too high for such grade f cuisine. The counter person is your typical black woman with an attitude. But the foreigners that make a killing serving up this sub par slop to the black community could care less about that. The desserts are old and dry and stale. The beverages are at 20% mark up. I wouldn't advise dining in as the all day flow of homeless people use it as a layover and I mean literally. Nothing wrong with that. However you never see a bucket of soap and hot water with which to clean and disinfect eating areas. Dine at...
