I am an Asst. Manager for Papa Johns, so i know what expected of me and what i expect from Papa johns.
I order online at 9:30pm. The online system didn't give me some options i was looking for so I called just to tweek my order a little bit and add a sauce cup, it went smoothly. I patiently waited after being quoted 36mins online. I gave it some time but after over an hour i decided to call the store. The Manager Aaron states he told me delivery was 45mins to an hour, when i spoke to him earlier. I didn't remeber him doing so but its fine, you know stuff happens but again its been an hour. Now this is where it gets a little funny. I get a call 15min later from the driver shes a little lost nice! She pulls up and steps out of her car with no uniform! Im shocked sweatpants and tank top okay, i wish my branch was this laid back! I pay for my order and i get ready to eat im starving at this point. It continues to go down hill from here. My pizza is cut wrong one. Two my extra sauce cups i paid for were MIA. So i have to call manager aaron again. He apologizes and says he will have the driver bring the cups back when she returns. I hang up and get ready to eat what I can. Nope my welldone buffalo chicken poppers were soggy and sauceless. So by this point I know aaron is tired of me calling. I express i no longer want the food i have not touched and i would just like a refund. Apparently they do give out refunds but again i work dor this same company so im well aware of the customer satisfaction protocol. Offering 50% for my next order or sending more food was the only option I was given. I moved on and had to file a complaint with the customer service line because AARON. Was the least bit helpful. Also to make this even more hilariours while i writing my reveiw the sriver calls at 11:34pm hours after i placed my order to tell me shes on her way with my sauce cups. My food is cold and gross now talk about a waste of money!
Update at 11:44pm I recieved my sauce cups the day is...
Read moreCustomer Service Nightmare - Avoid This Location: We were loyal Papa Johns customers for over five years, ordering multiple times a month. Our recent experience with this franchise location, however, has completely ended our relationship with the brand and serves as a severe warning to others. The issue began with a website error that incorrectly routed our delivery order to this store, located 6.5 miles away for pickup. Upon realizing the mistake, we immediately called the store to explain the situation, offering to pay any reasonable delivery fee to have the order rerouted to a closer location. The store owner's response was shocking. Instead of attempting to resolve the problem, he cursed at us, threatened to withhold a refund, and later, falsely marked the order as "picked up" to prevent us from getting our money back. The behavior was not only unprofessional but overtly hostile. Our subsequent attempts to seek a resolution through corporate channels were met with repeated calls from this same store manager, who told us we were "wasting our time" and offered threatening, mixed messages. After four escalations and three days, the owner's obstruction prevented any resolution. This experience highlights a severe risk for anyone ordering from this franchise location. If anything goes wrong—a website glitch, a mistake with your order—the owner has demonstrated an unwillingness to solve the problem and an open hostility toward customers. This is not just a bad pizza story; it is a breakdown of basic customer decency and corporate accountability. We are now forced to find a new pizza place...
Read moreWith out a doubt the worst papa johns I have ever been to or had the misfortune to deal with. I placed a simple order of 2 medium pizzas with a side of bread sticks for delivery and ended up with 3 inedible, grease-soaked through the cardboard box, cold, undercooked pizzas 2 hours later (even though my order was scheduled to arrive 30 minutes after it was placed.) I called the store multiple times to complain and each time it went to voicemail. I then called the delivery guy and he promised to put his manager on the phone if I called back within 5 minutes. I called back and he ignored my call several times to the point where I just went down to the store to see if I can get the 40 rewards points I spent reimbursed. I go into the store with the pizzas and receive absolutely horrible customer service. Nobody wanted to talk to me and resolve my issue, and it took actual screaming to get someone's attention. The general store manager himself refused to reimburse my points rewards and reproduced my order in under 15 minutes, giving me hot, undercooked pizzas. After 3 weeks of trying to get my awful experience documented, the general store manager ended up telling corporate that he was out of town and he was sorry this happened to me, but still won't reimburse my points rewards. Overall, this was absolutely the worst Papa Johns experience I've ever had and I will not order from this franchise again since they've made it clear that the horrid experience of a long time customer like myself does not matter, as long as I've already...
