I have experienced racism here multiple times. I came in today and had a quesadilla taco and large drink. They served all the black customers that came in 30 minutes after I ordered I needed to remind them twice. The staff are nice but they hang in the back and sometimes don’t come to counter for a long while. After I got my food I took out my laptop to check email and do some research. The entire lobby was empty besides me and the security woman comes in and says I am in “her” spot. I the paying customer who got his food 30 minutes late and the entire lobby has twenty other tables and she tells me I am in her spot. I was polite back and left. Then a week later I have a similar experience but a gentleman who was also a customer started a conversation with me and another customer joined in. We were the only three customers in the lobby and yes one of the customers had a very loud voice but I would be polite and respond in a lower tone bc the security woman kept giving us the evil eye and sighing. Then she told us to shut up and leave if we were done eating. I was there an hour and half so I did leave but I will never come back. It is amazing a woman that isn’t even staff is that rude. The staff heard her telling us off and went out of their way to go out the back door and apologize and wave goodbye to me. So it isn’t the staff it is the security woman. She cleared our three paying customers and did it so rudely instead of saying something polite. She is a racist! Never coming back. I live up the hill and I like to walk through the forest hill park down there but I am always the only white person around and it is amazing how many racist rude people...
Read moreAround 10 am...The service was slow, no one was at the drive thru intercom and i waited about 5 minutes, even said hello, anybody working thru the intercom to no reply...i had to go inside and put my order in the self order screen, they served my order in a to go...i check the food because it felt really lightbut she walked away, i look at the supreme burrito, and my mom already chewing on her chalupa and its mostly lettuce and a tiny slither of meat..i felt so baf i didnt wanna take her 4.59 chalupa from her mouth, i look at the supreme burrito and its nothing in the wrap....i should have took a photo...the most expensive burrito and they said its just a svoopof meat...i said a scoop? Look, and put my finger by the ground beef, it was no more than half a tea spoon or less..i felt robbed...they wanted to prepare me another one👀 BIG PASS...i was not having it and just got the money back and went got me a whopper for the same money...those employees need to be checked on how they are preparing the supreme birritos...they robbing customers...WARNING: CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU TAKE...

My order is never correct and you would think if it took 15 to 20 minutes to prepare one quesadilla, 2 tacos, a nacho And a drink would be pretty simple right? Nah. They gave me cheese sauce with no chips. They NEVER EVER give me the sauces I order. WHO EATS TACO BELL WITH NO SAUCE? They just simply don't care and they need to be shut down cause I can only imagine a place that doesn't care about a correct order cant care about sanitation standards. I haver gotten a correct order from there in years. I very seldom eat taco bell and I always think "maybe this time will be different" and it never is. This place has to be run by idiots with no diplomas because it makes no sense for the order to always be wrong. I get it. Short staff and no one works down there unless they have to but at least have some personal integrity to double check that EVERYTHING A CUSTOMER PAYS FOR IS WHAT THEY GET. I will never go there again. I'm sure they'll be happy about that because they CLEARLY don't...
