Just because online and call center tells you 15min doesn't mean your order will be done in 15mins they both could be telling you and 10 other people 15mins at the same time and if the first or got 2 three pizza big dinner box ever order after that been knocked to 20 mins with orders 6-10 being knocked to 30 - 40 mins if orders 1-5 doesn't have two or three big new Yorkers either yall want pre made food or fresh food but coming in catching an attitude because you gotta wait like it's our fault you ordered at the same time as 10 other people and your order came 9 or 10 is crazy and then sometimes it's only one worker and yall get ma at them like they can do cash drop chicken cut pizza as well as make it at the same time they tired of going back and forth because you'll inconsiderate expecting little ceaser hot and ready at a made to order restaurant the wait time is only 15minsif it's no other orders in the store and is not a cheap pizza place to think because you paid 20 you get to talk to them like they beneath you like most of yall do they get mad when you won't be allowed to speak in that manner treat thy neighbors as thy self and there is no delivery at this location saint no way your food delivered cold unless door dash uber eats or grub hub had multiple orders and...

There are no disclaimers when ordering a pizza online or any type of statement informing the consumer beforehand that WE ARE REQUIRED TO ANSWER OUR PHONES WHEN THE EAST CLEVELAND LOCATION CALLS US AFTER WE'VE PLACED OUR ORDER OR ELSE THEY WILL CANCEL SAID ORDER! Unfortunately, I missed the call. According to the message, I was informed that I would receive a 2nd call before they canceled the order, but I never did. Since I don't care to patronize establishments with poor customer service, I reordered my food from the South Taylor location & upon arrival, my food was already done & they managed to do so without calling me first! If I've misspoken & there is definitely verbiage on Pizza Hut's website pertaining to the East Cleveland location's practice of "no phone call answered, no food order placed", then I will edit my review to reflect it.    Read moreOnly Pizza Hut I know that voice verifies online orders. When I am in the suburbs this does not happen. Even had my food not made once because I missed the call. Of course because the neighborhood is 99% black they figure we're joking about being hungry. Let's not forget the doorbell you have to ring for entry and the glass that separates patrons from employees. The pizza itself is subpar and tasteless! I ordered extra sauce and extra cheese and my pizza was still dry and there was only a regular amount of cheese. So sick of being slighted when it's our dollars that fund these corporations.
