Brandon (office) and Terence (yard jockey) both deserve a raise! Brandon is the guy in the back office in the receiving area. Once they give you a code to go in the building, you would normally speak to brandon. This is a very good place to unload, and I've been here quite a few times for unloading! They give you a place to park once you come in from the guard shack, and the guards are normally very polite and very explanatory and giving directions well. I have dealt with the young lady at the guard shack quite a few times, and the guy and they both are very cool. The people here normally get you unloaded very fast and if there will be any kind of delays they will let you know. After you get finished, there is a place on the far side from the guard shack before you go to make that left turn towards the back there is a big building where you can get your trailer washed out when you are finished if you need to. Mainly, once they give you a door assignment, you would just your tannins to the rear and back in. Disconnect your red airline, and wait for a phone call. Once they call you, you go back into the receiving office and get your paperwork and you're good to go. You will exit back at the guard shack area and make a right hand turn to go back on to the main highway. Don't make that left turn from what I understand! Make sure whenever you leave out you take a right directly from the guard shack and go towards the red light. Anyways, I give these people 5 out of 5 stars. There is a restroom in the receiving office with some vending machine stuff in case you need a snack or...
Read moreMy appointment time was at 8.00 am, checked in at 7.55 am, got a dock at 9.55 am and paperwork at 1.25 pm. They have No overnight parking for delivery drivers and no parking after they unload you. They can keep you as long as they would like, but once they are done they want you off their premises. What a place...They don't care if they delayed you for your next pick up or load, it's all about them. They do have a rest room and vending machines which driver can access. There is no parking on the side roads, they are very skinny roads..so plan accordingly...polite attitude as long as you don't ask or open your mouth for how long iis gonna take, or can I park here , or I m getting late....overall it's an ok...
Read moreNot a terrible place. Long walk to check in if you're at door 38. 40 is last door. Guard gives you code to get in office. Check in thru drivers lounge. I had a midnight appt. He said I could get in at 9pm. Checked in at 11:30. Out at 2:00am. No charge. Plenty of space to back in and open/shut doors. Very busy, even at night. Parking is available at the Walmart about 5 miles away. I did see some open space at the Giant just south of the warehouse, but not sure how security is. But don't come back to 4 Seasons on 322. Go back to 222N and 272S. 322 is narrow and it's a steep little grade to get...
