Brandon at the desk in the back is extremely helpful and Terence, the yard jockey needs a raise. Both of these guys helped me get my wire seal cut when every other tool on the block failed and I had been back there working on it for 25 minutes with bolt cutters and nothing was working, Terence showed up with a tool kit and had 3 different tools to help me out. Very helpful people. The female guard at 0600 am and the male guard both are very polite and explanatory. This place has vending machines and a very nice restroom in the back. Whenever you get here, they will most likely tell you to Stage until they give you a call. Once they give you a call, you will report to the receiving office around back normally and they will assign you a dock. Once they assign you a number, you back in with your tandems all the way to the rear and you disconnect your airline. After you are finished, they will give you a call and you go collect your paperwork and you're in and out unless than an hour and a half most of the time. It's a very good place to unload. I don't know about loading up because I've never loaded out of here before. All I can say is that Brandon and Terence need to be promoted to managers at the very least get a raise! make sure you arrive on this facility from 272 Reading Rd. that’s the only accessible entrance for trucks if you go from any other direction, you might face some difficulties because there is no truck sign and really close turns. When I ride the facility, I arrived one hour and 45 minutes earlier than my appointment . I was given a door and I had back around the facility to park. Guy was waiting for me at the door in front of the door. When I parked he choked the wheels told me he would give me back the papers as soon as he’s done unloading me.. depending on what you have the unloading can take time. for me It was around four hours after he unloaded so he gives you the papers and you head back on the guard shack and Check put. Awesome place I drop off load here from last 4-5 years ago like sometime 4-5 months continuously sometime load drop off in a month one or two times I never ever face any problem with them never ever like they always have been great with the driver and always polite and calm .
