Bello by Marco — Local services in East Hanover

I confirmed an appointment at Bello by Marco for 4pm was not seated until 415, which was fine. Upon my haircut which I thought was going decent, my Barbor claimed “he was doing me a favor” (verbatim )by doing by beard as he was held behind and needed 45 mins to do a beard(I don’t have a beard). I was rushed out the seat and the next customer was entertained while I had no problem waiting 15 mins to be taken. Barbor was rude with no attention to detail. Luckily Owner Marco made it right and finished off my shave, as he observed the Barbor behavior was not normal. I will not return if they hire ppl like this but Marco and Nick are great . I have been to multiple Barbor shops all across the state as my job requires travel, figured I would try out bello by Marco and was gravely disappointed instead of tipping the original Barbor who cut me I gave 5 bucks to Marco and told him to donate to animal shelter. I will not be disrespected...

I’ve maybe spent the last decade trying to find the right barber. A family member highly recommended Bello by Marco, East Hanover and it exceeded my expectations. The quality of haircut and service is 10/10. Nick, at Bello, is excellent at his craft and never disappoints. I’ve been going to him for a while now and he always does a fantastic job, I trust him completely.

To me, what is most admirable about Bello, is how well everyone treats my brother who has special needs. He’s always well taken care of and he loves it there.
