In my experience, staffing agencies have most definitely filled a need, but there’s always that “if you don’t fit the positions we have, we’ll call you when we do” attitude. So I’ve always had to enlist the help of several agencies in order to get the proper exposure. Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago when I enlisted the help of Pridestaff. At this point the other staffing agencies had been unable to find me any opportunities so either I would receive random emails about other job postings from their other clients or just nothing at all.
