Minuteman Press — Local services in East Hanover

We have always had great success using Minuteman Press for our office printing needs. Recently we found our current location in Denville closed and needed to use the closest location to us, which was East Hanover, NJ. HORRIBLE customer service and business practices at this location!!!! I stopped by, introduced myself and provided samples of what I was looking to print for our company (pretty basic print job i.e letterhead and business cards). After visiting the office and meeting Claudia, I went back to my office and followed up our conversation with an email to ensure we were on the same page. I provided quantities needed, paper type, logos and everything they would need to proceed with our order. A week goes bye with no email or call, so I follow up with Claudia and was told they were working on getting me a quote. I wait another week and follow up again, to be told they don't have the paper I need, but would mail me a different set of paper samples to see what paper quality they had available. FIVE WEEKS LATER, I am still waiting on that mailed paper sample as well as any follow up via email or phone to see if I was still interested in placing a order. Lucky for me, I have a Minuteman Press closer to my home and was able to get the order printed and in my hands in under a week. I love the service that Minuteman Press can provide an person/business, but the East Hanover location was one of the WORST customer services I have seen in a business. Emailed menu on a monday ,didn’t hear from Claudia at all until i called the following Monday , figure they might be bisy, ok, i follow up as mentioned 7 days later, made sure Claudia received the menu, she did , another 6 days went by and never heard feom her again, although she PROMISED she’d get back to me that same evening or next day. If you’re to busy to take any more business just say so.instead of waisting peoples time with constant empty promises . That being said THANK you FOR NOTHING...

I ordered some double sided pocket cards for work a few months ago. I had previously tried to have this done at Staples and it was a nightmare. I used up all my cards and just emailed Claudia to repeat the same order 6 months later. She effortlessly completely the job and I didn't have to do anything extra. Staples could NEVER do that.
