I ordered the required uniform pieces for my daughter here a month before school started. I was told that they would be ready in 1 week. I actually gave them almost a month because I knew that they were very busy. When I went to pick up the uniforms, I was told that they weren't there but to come back the next day. I was told that they were in "the other store". I went back the next day only to be told that they were still waiting to hear from "the other store". The worker then placed a call and told me that they needed to see if they had put my order on the truck for delivery and it would be 5 minutes. I returned 30 minutes later and was told that they were going to issue me a refund. No explanation, no correction, NO UNIFORM less than a week before school! Now I'm scrambling to get the necessary pieces and finding that there is no way to have this child fully set up for her first day of school. I DEFINITELY encourage you to stay far away from this place!! Try somewhere else, ANYWHERE else if you ACTUALLY want to get what you pay for! I would learn to embroider myself before I would ever return to this place. If I could give these people ZERO...
