I'd like to share how well the technician name Dylan did an excellent job at my house. He was very polite, cleaned up after he was finished, and I feel he did the job of two men when he installed my new water softener and when he had to cut a hole that he could access my outside spigot. Both jobs in my estimation, would have ordinarily required two men. He kept busy and I feel he did it in record time. I had to go away in the early evening so I told him if you just get the water softener put together and hooked up and running and tested I would be very satisfied and you could schedule another day to replace my leaking spigot in my basement. My basement is finished off with ceiling carpeting and paneling and he had to get up in a tight space and saw it out so that he could cut my shut off for the outside spicket and lower the piping down to where you could reach it.. you would have to see the job he had to do to understand how difficult it was. I never thought he would finish but he said yes I'll be able to do it and be finished and out of here to you have to start getting ready to go away. He definitely is an asset to brubaker Incorporated. If you don't know already I think the employees should know what a hard worker he is and how neat he is. He is also very very knowledgeable with the plumbing side of your business. I was so satisfied that I signed up for the yearly contract to get my HVAC and my water softener inspected every year from now on. Kudos to Dylan. I had called another well-known plumber in the area and I don't want to name names of the company but when I called for a plumber to come out and look at the same job that Dylan did to fix or replace my leaking outside faucet he looked it over and said to me we can't do anything until you get a carpenter in here to cut part of the ceiling out a paneling. When you get that done then give us a call and we'll come out and replace the spigot. Then I called brubaker Incorporated and when he came out he said no problem I can do that and he did and did a wonderful job and he worked by himself all day long having to reach way above his head where the spicket was built in.
