I have been bringing my mom here for the past 2 years for dialysis . She loves the dialysis staff, but bringing her here 3 times a week has been hell for me . My mother is in a wheelchair .. an also I have to bring along my now 6 year old special needs daughter . EVERY time I come to drop my mother off , I get harassed by the security for pulling up to the drop off location , running my mom in, and comming back out. The older security lady has fought with me many times , threatening to get my car towed and checking her watch ( it takes me less than 5 minutes to get my mom to the third floor drop her off and come back down )especially in the winter months it’s very hard for me to push the wheelchair from the actual parking lot , which is going up a hill , while also keeping my daughter safe .
