I have never been treated so Rude. I have a healthcare card that I can pay for over the counter prescriptions with and I earn reward money for doing certain tasks. This card can not be used at self checkout. I was at the register waiting and waiting and did not see anyone so I went and found a cvs employee and asked her if she could ring me up. She told me it’s only self checkout right now. I told her that would be a problem because I can not use my card at self checkout. Ss he wanted to know what card I had. I was trying to explain it to her and she huffs at me and walks to the register with an attitude: she takes my card and starts scanning it. She says sorry it won’t work. I told her she needs to ring merchandise up so it has something to pay for. You’re trying to get it to pay a zero balance. She said I’m sorry we don’t take this card. I told her I use it all the time. Could you please get me your manager. Again she huffed at me and said OKAY! She called for the manager and two men came to the counter (I think the one may have been in training) so I explained to him I can not use this card at self check out could you please ring me up. He looks at the card and said ok what do you need me to do, this is a health insurance card. So I had to explain it all over to him. He then says to me “we’ll do you have enough money for all this stuff??? What??? I wonder if asks all his customers that!! I was so embarrassed by that and I said Yes I have enough money.?please just ring me up. At that point the other manager semi took over. I grabbed everything and put it in a bag and left. I’m canceling my care pass and never shopping at CVS again. Horrible customer service. Read moreThis location is terrible. They set prescriptions for auto-refill without asking and fail to take them off auto-refill when this is requested. They don't call the prescriber when there is a discrepancy or other issue with a prescription; they instead guess on what the prescriber meant or mark it as "in process" without taking any steps to process it. They don't answer calls on a timely basis, often leaving you waiting 10-20 minutes or longer, until you give up and hang up. They bombard you with calls several times a day, every day, about refilling your prescription, even when you turn all refill reminders off, so the only way to stop the calls is to remove your phone number from your account. I use this pharmacy only because it is associated with my insurer and conveniently located, but I may soon drive farther and/or pay more so I can stop...

When I called, they told me that my name isn’t even there for an order to be fulfilled and that they don’t have the material to do it. Mind you I already paid for them! They said it’s not their problem and there’s no way for them to let people know when they place an order online that they don’t have the material....
