The Jewelry Workshop — Local services in East Lake

We recently moved here and I noticed their sign when driving on East Lake Road. I mentally filed it away because I need a watch repaired. Soon afterwards, my wife brought out some jewelry she wanted to get repaired. We went in for the first time to the Jewelry Workshop, and were stunned by their friendliness and willingness to repair and do custom work. She left her pearls to be restrung with Ernie, and started looking at jewelry. A pair of earrings in their case reminded her of some she no longer wears because they twist on her ear. She discussed it, and of course they offered to look at them. We went home and brought them back in a couple of hours, and the first repairs were already done! In a few minutes, they made a quick trial arrangement and her old earrings suddenly hung correctly on her. Next, she fell in love with a tanzanite ring in their case. After we left, a quick phone call was all it took to hold it for her. Adam was honest and very knowledgeable. They are all far above the competition in customer service, knowledge of their products, honesty and top quality workmanship. Surprisingly affordable, too. Not only will we go back, we will tell anyone that they are trustworthy and will take care of your you and your fine jewelry. These guys are great. From the moment we stepped foot into the jewelry workshop we were welcomed with great customer service and outstanding knowledge. After visiting some of the larger jewelers in the area and receiving the "SALESMAN" approach we were pleased to find a company that is both friendly and honest. My husband and I decided to do things differently for my wedding band, Coming from a design field I had always dreamed of taking part in designing my forever ring. The experience we had here was nothing but the best. I was able to share photos and ideas of what I was looking for and in turn Adam turned my dream ring into a 3D image and mold that allowed us to visually see what my ring would look like. This also gave me the opportunity to make the changes to my ring before it was finalized.  The communication from start to finish was more than we could have hoped for. I have since recommended the jewelry workshop to coworkers, friends and family and will continue to do so...

There are tons of “jewelry” stores around town. However, I must tell you out of all the jewelers that I have worked with over the years, Adam and his team at The Jewelry Workshop are amazing. The entire process of customizing a ring was flawless. They also know how to turn your story into something meaningful. I also am very impressed with how meticulous and upfront they are regarding expectations and what can and can’t be done. What makes me happy is that they are a small family-run business, unlike “the other guys,” which makes every project personal and charges a very reasonable price. Toss the big guy – go to the little guy. I would trust them with all my Jewelry needs and consider them one...
