Bob and Robins is truly a lifesaver. My best friend was trying on wedding dresses for the first time, and I have the honor of being her Matron of Honor. Unfortunately, due to my residence being in another state, I could not be there in person. I ordered flowers on a Monday for my grandson's funeral on Thursday. When I got to the funeral home my arrangement was not there. When I called I was told you must have called another florist we don't have your order. When I insisted they find the order they finally did. They said they would have my order ready in 15 minutes and at the funeral home. It was 45 it was 3:15. Very upsetting we'll never order there again. All I can say is, they are AMAZING!! I walked in on the day my son was getting married to get an arrangement for his new mother-in-law. I asked for a flower to represent us as mother's, a pink flower for her daughter and a blue flower for my son.
