kThis place is the most unprofessional ran business in all of Western Massachusetts. My iphone 7 screen had cracked so i brought it here where it clearly says on the window of the store “we fix iphone screens”. I dropped my phone off there for the employee to fix and was told to come back an hour later to pick it up. Well, when the hour was up and I got back to the store, I gave him the money that was owed for the screen (104$) and then simply walked out to my car. However when i got to my car I noticed my phone was disabled so obviously I walked back in and asked why it was disabled.. the employee then told me that the reason was because the charger port was also broken and that I had to get that fixed as well. With that being said, I left my phone with him again to fix the charger port and he told me he needed another hour for that. This time when I got back to the store, my phone was literally still apart and he was watching youtube videos on how to fix it!! Very unprofessional. Let me remind you all I had at first was a broken screen and a working charger port so clearly while he was fixing the screen of the phone he somehow broke the charge port along the way. After that, he told me he could fix all the problems with the phone and make it as good as new, but just needed a couple more days to do so. With that being said i left my phone at the store with the owner and after three days of him having it and me being phoneless, I was finally informed by him that there was no way to fix the charge port which HE broke and that I had to buy a whole new phone if I ever wanted one again. Moral of the story is I went there with what was supposed to be a simple fix but turned out to cost me hundreds of dollars and All I got in return was an unusable phone. Worst part is when I asked for my money back for the screen he told me I was mostly charged for labor and that he could only give me FIFTEEN dollars back. That means i basically was charged 90 dollars for him to BREAK my phone and another 300 dollars to buy a completely new one!!! It is in everybodys best interest to stay FAR...
Read moreI’m from out of town. Came in to see my parents, dad is in hospital. I got permission to bring my pc with me and work on the road. Murphy’s law kicked in and my cord wouldn’t work, so I looked around for any place advertised opening early. AEPC said 9am both on Google and on the store front, with no notice on the store front, on google, or on the website of the 9 o’clock hour tending to be in place for appointments. I also called the number advertised on google and the AEPC website multiple times. The message at the end always said the mailbox was not set up. I sat in front of the store for 30 minutes past the advertised opening before moving on. It isn’t necessarily fair to the owner to get surprised by someone out of town posting a poor review so I’ve changed my star count from 1 to 3. I do encourage the owner to update their storefront and website to reflect the practice the owner described below and to advertise a phone number that doesn’t end with “this mailbox is not set up”. Because of these items I’ll be keeping...
Read moreDanger Danger Danger! STAY AWAY! I brought my pc in after changing the battery myself. It didn't fix the problem so I brought it in. I was told they couldn't do anything to it because I didn't bring in the power cord. All it needed was a generic USB-C power cord. They said they called me several times about it, which they didn't.
I told them to forget it after I called to inquire of the status and I was told that nothing was done to it.
I got it home and found out it had not only been opened, but a lot of the screws that used to be there were gone! It was put back together in a very shoddy manner! Only 2 screws wrre put back instead of the 8 that were in there. What's worse was a wire was left under one of the feet of the power supply. Sure to wear out over time.
I wish I could make this known to EVERYONE to keep them from this.
I wish there was a way I could shut them down to protect...
