If your looking for authentic Italian this is your spot! Great menu, natural fresh tasting ingredients and friendly staff. The best part is they are open later than most places!! Traevanna was our server and greeted us promptly with water, menu's and feiendly smile and demeanor. We placed a quick appetizer order of artichokes while perusing the menu. They were fantastic and did not disappoint! We tried a few other options on the menu which impressed us. My husband being our main cook at home who also happens to be Italian with high standards was equally impressed by each dish. I was honestly excited to try their tiramisu for dessert. It's a favorite of mine and I tend to judge restaurants on it. This one caught me off guard and had my taste buds and mind intrigued as they served it in a martini cup with hot espresso poured over it, made fresh in the moment. I was impressed and my taste buds entertained by the twist! Will definitely be back. Friendly staff, great portions, great flavor and authentic taste! Can't go wrong! We see this parking lot full often and figured it was time we give it a try. After talking to staff we learned that the parking can be full due to events in their party room, but the restaurant still has space so definitely give them a call or stop in regardless of the looks of parking. You won't be disappointed!

It pains me to write this review, as i hate bashing on local businesses, but the following will definitely sound exactly that and i am sorry. I say these things in hope for the restaurant or more like the chief to improve. The food sucks. Store bought pasta, i get it you don’t make the pasta from scratch so its cheap, but that doesn’t mean load up the plate with penne pasta making the dish just that. There was sauce but it was too much pasta, penne is a heavy pasta, very doughy. A very bland dish: cafeteria food with a blob of cheese on top. Next the Pasta all Arrabbiata the sauce is supposed to be a bit thick and it is not, overpowered by the red wine vinegar and garlic with overcooked pasta. The food tasted bad and you can tell it was microwaved. Calamari, cooked in old oil, bitter and super dark in color (not supposed to be a dark color). Please make the changes. We all work for our money and this take out was a waste of money. Id love to return again and see the changes and improvement. Don’t let chained restaurants take over, just improve!

Had to leave these guys a review because we were so happy with our experience at Villa Napoletana. From start to finish they were great to work with. I threw my sister's baby shower here and they were nothing but accommodating. I threw the party living out of state and it was as seamless as possible. Whenever I had a question all I had to do was phone them and I got my answers asap. Upon arrival they gave us a beautiful room to work with and with out me even having to ask its was very nicely set up. Andy and Amanda were helpful with grabbing things for us that we forgot and set up extra tables for us as we found we needed them. Chef Nick did a wonderful job with the food! It was delicious and everyone enjoyed the spread of the buffet! We had nothing to complain about and were thankful to have been able to pull off this surprise party without a hitch! I highly recommend this restaurant for any dining experience or place to throw a small party! THANK YOU ALL :)

Went last Friday for first time. Our neighbors had a gift card and invited us. Glad they did! When we pulled in the lot was packed. The gentleman in the parking lot led us just across the street to park which was no big deal at all. He also stopped traffic for us as we walked across the street which was nice.

When we walked in the environment and atmosphere was immediately obvious - it was a fun and authentic.

We ended up w a number of Apps - Caprese, Clams Casino, Calamari and Artichokes Francese... My personal favorite were the Artichokes while the Casino was probably my least - just a bit to much bread for my personal preference but as an indicator there were no App's left by the time the Entrees came

The next point is that the service was a bit "slow". A - One round of our drinks were missed - this wasn't a big deal as we just flagged the waitress over and she made good on it. B - the time between getting our Entrees and Apps was a bit lengthy. I put "slow" in quotes above as this could be perceived as a negative by some. I understand that some are in a rush to go out, eat and get home in 1.5 - 2 hours. For me - I like enjoying the Apps and not having the Entrees dropped on the table before I'm finished w my Apps or just moments after. I enjoy a little pause in between for some wine/drinks and like to enjoy some time w company in between rounds of stuffing our faces. Its a night out - sit back and enjoy it

Dinner was awesome - we had the Marsala ( freaking amazing ), stuffed chicken, francese and all were really, really good. Portions were generous

If you want to smile, laugh, have some drinks, have a relaxing night out and enjoy some really solid Italian food this is definitely a spot worth checking out

Cant wait to...

Unimpressed & irritated with our overall experience. Drinks were subpar at best, bread was served cold as well as it being crunchy/stale?, our tables food was mediocre, one dish was served incorrectly & service was frustrating. We were one of 2 tables in the entire restaurant. Our server was kind enough to create a dish for me because the menu didn’t have what I was looking for. I ordered salmon, mushrooms & broccoli served over fettuccine in a butter garlic sauce. I was told it absolutely wasn’t a problem and they could make it for me. Food comes out… salmon, veggies & lemon sauce on a plate with a side of rigatoni and red sauce. I waited for our server to come out and mentioned my dish was supposed to be served over fettuccine which she responded “oh you never said that”. The entire table looked at me and agreed that I did in fact say I wanted it served over pasta in a butter garlic sauce. I reiterated to her that I did ask for it to be served over pasta to which she again gave me pushback and responded with “ It’s not written down on my notepad so I didn’t hear you say that” I was appalled at the fact that she was trying to argue with me instead of apologizing and fixing the issue at hand. She ended up bringing the food back to the kitchen and not even a minute later came back with my food served over linguine, which was barely warm. I didn’t eat much of the food, choked down my drink and boxed it to take home for my partner. I work in the service industry and have for years. Bartender, waitress etc. I get it, sometimes things happen but I left feeling disappointed, hungry and disrespected by...

EDIT: After posting my earlier review, I received a call from Karen, another manager at Villa Napoletana. She was very kind and courteous, ensured that Villa is a very family-oriented establishment in which customers are treated like family, and that the service my partner and I had received was completely unacceptable. As someone who has a background in hospitality, this is what I consider the pinnacle of service. Still, Karen took it one step forward and offered my partner and I a hand-delivered dinner. Stellar service experience! I honestly wish Google Reviews allowed half-star reviews so I could leave a 4.5-star rating.

TL;DR of earlier review: My partner and I (both of us are immunocompromized) ordered late dinner (9pm) through Uber Eats. The menu on Uber Eats isn't complete, so we wrote our adjustments (my partner has Celiac disease and eats a gluten-free diet) in the comments, which are typically acknowledged via a phone call by the restaurant or the delivery service. The delivery driver arrived at the restaurant and alerted us that there was a problem. We called the restaurant, only to find that our order was never processed due to added charges, which we were never contacted about but would have happily paid if we had been contacted. The male manager with whom I spoke on the phone was incredibly abrasive and just generally nasty about the situation. By this point, it was 10pm, so most restaurants were closed. My partner and I finished the night...
