I have never met such a crook in my life, the owner I went there at least five times. I sold him my gold which he took me for a ride. I then was trying to sell my 4 carat tennis bracelet. Which he said he’d buy from me for a certain price which he wrote down on a piece of paper. I had asked him to make up another bracelet. and he said he couldn’t so I showed him a picture of some thing I was thinking of ordering he said in front of my girlfriend go ahead and order it.. I still would’ve saved money once I bought this bracelet and sold mine that was the whole purpose.I said, will you still buy my bracelet he said “absolutely “ I am an honest man.”I don’t play games ““ mind you we had that conversation at least five times regarding him verifying he would buy my bracelet out right!!! Well long story short, I went to sell my bracelet. I walked in and his wife who was very rude to me came and said he can’t afford to buy the bracelet. “ He had a lot of bills to pay!! She said, “ Call him tomorrow,” which I just did. He lied about everything he said in front of me and in front of my girlfriend , making up the story that was never even spoken about. I went and purchased another bracelet based on him giving me that money for my sale of my bracelet. I brought him my girlfriend who sold him all her mom’s jewelry I think we could’ve done better somewhere else now looking back on this experience.l
He didn’t write anything down about weight of gold etc , receipts, etc. , he is not who I thought he was …..I would never ever do business with him again!!!!! trust me I do business all over the country with Jewelers, and I have never met anyone like him…. He comes off like such a nice man, but I was...
Read moreI got engaged a few months ago and brought my brand new engagement ring here for re-sizing. The gentleman promised he would take care of it and appeared with good intentions, the process was very easy and well explained as I was very nervous to have anyone touch this ring. A super sentimental and expensive piece of jewelry to me. A few months later, I bring my engagement ring to the original manufacturer who custom made my ring and find out the shank was thinned during re-sizing which can create all sorts of problems. I called and kindly requested a refund (he charged me $68 to re-size which is expensive of itself) to use towards fixing his mistake with my manufacturer and he refused and became defensive in the process. Now I have to eat up more money after just buying this brand new ring because of his mistake. He could have at least compensated for half ($34!!!!) and have kept a customer than nothing at all. I wish him the best of luck because he lost a customer and I truly hope no one else runs into this problem!...
Read moreI stopped by here completely unexpectedly one day while driving from East Longmeadow to Monson. I've been wanting to connect my engagement ring and wedding ring to make one piece so they stop twirling around my ring finger. I decided to give them a shot, and boy am I glad I did! Not only did they do a fabulous job; but they were very accommodating and professional as well. I only had about 2 hours until my flight back to Baltimore, and they were able to do the work and leave me with time to spare. My ring has never looked better! Thank you Sayegh Jewelers! You...
