Okay, I will preface this saying I have gone to this subway multiple times as it’s smack dab in the middle of town. Most (if not all) of my experiences with them have been negative. The owners of this place need to be dropped immediately and filled in with better management, you can clearly see they’re exhausted. With exhaustion comes poor service, bad attitudes, and laziness. I am not trying to ruin anyone’s careers here this is just what I experienced. Many times I walk in and I wait 5 minutes to even see anyone, and when someone finally notices me (a paying customer) they don’t even greet me at all. The girl I had serving me said under her breath “what do you want” and looked like she was about to storm out of there, I could barely even hear her. She had the worst attitude I have ever seen and all because you have to do your job? Like hun, I worked in fast food/customer service before, we all know no matter how rough of a day you have, leave it at home! Customers are not paying to see you all mopey and look like you want to kill someone, we just want a smile or a “how was your day?” THATS ALL! The food wasn’t even good, bread was dry as hell, and on top of that I still gave her a tip! But that is the last time I am going here and I advise you reading this to go to another subway, the owners won’t make you feel welcome here!
P.S. it is fairly obvious that the owners of this business are buying 5 star reviews, so if you see any 5 star reviews without actual context, chances are they aren’t real, they are desperate but don’t actually want to change...
Read moreI went here during my lunch break to get a nice steak and cheese six inch sandwich on italian herbs and cheese. I walk in and i’m hit with the most disgusting smell. It goes up my nose and filters through my body and i feel like I just went dumpster diving in New York City. I then continue to go order my sandwich and the owner of the store greets me with the most unfriendly and unkind facial expressions i have ever seen. I feel extremely unwelcomed. Don’t get me wrong i have worked in customer service before and i understand how people can be, but there was no need for that. I didn’t let that affect me too much until she started to create my sandwich and instead of putting it on there neatly she smacked it around and threw it on there so aggressively. I was astonished. Flabbergasted. Ultimately I calmly collected myself and watched her throw my sandwich in the toaster. She burnt it. I didn’t care though in the moment because I had 15 minutes until i needed to get back to work so there was no time to ask her to redo my sandwich. Read moreWorst subway ever. Person never asked what kind of bread if my kids wanted. If they wanted toasted or not. They were on the phone the whole time. My kids had to repeat what they wanted multiple times cause the person rather chit chat then do their job. My one child had to have them remake their sandwhich and the person acted as if we were in the wrong even though they are the ones who made the sandwhich. My other child wanted a salad said it from the start then when it came time to assemble it the girl working says oh we dont have bowls only sandwhichs. Then proceeded to try and toast a sandwhich that was never even asked to toast. A couple came in after us and the woman wanted a chicken salad sandwhich which is clearly on their menu yeah we dont have that. Oh and we only have like 2 types of bread. No pickles also. It's like wtf if you dont want to work at subway then dont. Instead you give crappy service and just act like oh well.
