My previous (20yrs!) stylist retired & I spent the better part of 2 yrs trying out new ones…they were good, but just not the right fit for me. I had my first appt with Van for a haircut a few months ago, and she just knocked it out the park. She listened to my poor attempt at a description of what I wanted and just got it, she hit the mark perfectly. Same each visit since-and this last one she did an amazing job with a color, created the perfect mix of hi & low lights for balance and depth that is perfect! First time customer I had appointment for wash, cut &style.. When I arrived Van says you cancelled appointment, I said me, I am here I didn't cancel. She says I gave your slot to my best friend. She will be here shortly she said. I told her I didn't cancel. She cut my hair only in a hurry and still charged me full price and the cut is all eneven. I have been going to Van for over 10 Years for my blonde highlights and she has never disappointed…. She is amazing at what she does and always has her clients best interest and wants at heart.. the last review about this salon and her is false.. I was there at the same time and you can’t go form black hair to blonde in one treatment without completely damaging your hair so Van was right in her advice and did the best she could with what she was working with.
