If I could give no star that would be even better. I bought a grande pumpkin spiced latte with extra almond milk and one that was decaf with milk for my mom. We waited about 25 minutes total for two drinks. After 10 minutes of waiting, a barista looked at us and asked if I was waiting for something. I told her my order, and she said it would be in the works. I saw coffees, after coffees being served one by one that was for people after us. I was looking around and realized that other people had messed up drinks and were waiting too. But for whatever reason ours wasn’t being given to us. My young sister was waiting at a table while my mom and I stood. After another 10 minutes, the girls started working on our coffees and gave it too us and said the one for my mom was room temperature so it would be easier to drink. I guess she thought it was for my sister sitting down instead of my mom standing next to me. My mom obviously didn’t want a room temperature coffee and asked for it to be heated up. So the girl made another coffee and that took another 5 minutes and the coffee was filled up a little more than halfway. As I walked out I realized my coffee was a dark, dark brown and had barely any almond milk in it. She just handed it to us with no apology that she screwed up the entire order or that we were waiting for, for basically 30 minutes. I’m really disappointed and angry. This is the second time they have messed up an order of mine. They gave me no receipt and I wish could take back that tip and my twelve dollars. Starbucks should really invest in some customer service because this was just ridiculous and I won’t be heading back...

I get my usual 2 Ventis a passion tango tea lemonade sweetened and 7pumps of liquid sugar which I order online that way just cause the first shift in the morning could never get it right and a mango dragon fruit with 3 scoops of dragonfruit, 2 cheese danish warmed up and 2 chicken. Dsb panini . I’m and understandable person but today I’ve had it with this place . I always give them great tips and consider what they do cause they’re usually great but this morning I had ordered my normal and my passion tea lemonade first time I got it was not sweetened when I exchanged it the first time they gave me a new one sweetened with no lemonade first they were nice about it but when I returned it for the third time I told them to keep the drink and re ordered my drink online since even when I went twice in person they didn’t get it right so not sure if it was mixed communication but they didn’t apologize they didn’t refund me for the drink I paid for and gave back all because they couldn’t get it right so I reordered online . Won’t be coming to this Starbucks while the day shift is there . Second shift rocks !!! Never have a issue . But the fact I was getting attitude and no apology and no refund and I had to repay for another one which they still didn’t get it right . Read moreI have never been to a Starbucks without a drive-thru, unless it was in the location of a mall, and this was not in a mall. Despite the fact that it was relatively busy, I witnessed 2 orders done incorrectly. I was told that they had what I ordered available when I asked, then while waiting, was told by another associate, they do not have what I ordered... I waited in the line yet again for a refund and was then told again, they had it available, but needed to get it in the back... So, did the other associate just not want to go in the back to fulfill a customer's order? I also watched several people order and receive their food and drinks, then leave.
