Probably the worst bowling alley I've ever been to. Looks great inside but that's just how they lure you in. I have been on multiple Tuesday nights which is supposed to be their "good deal" for 12 dollars all you can bowl after 9. However they stop serving pitchers very conveniently also at 9 and beers become at least 4 bucks a pop. The lane we were on broke twice to the point where we invaded the lane of the nice family next to us due to the lanes decisions. Staff here is extremely rude, when I asked if I could get a pitcher along with my friend I was simply told no in a disgusted tone and then ignored. When I verified the cost of a beer with the staff they could not have been more rude. I ordered nachos and you're better off bringing your own microwave with you and making your own. They sucked. Don't go here. And there is one particularly nasty employee who always works the snack bar who clearly hates her life. I am convinced this place is trying to not make money so they can shut themselves down...
Read moreThe pricing is rediculous, $45 an hour is absurd. this is NO WHERE NEAR the industry standard for pricing. The average price for renting a lane is $4.79 in the United States. You’re much better off traveling chicopee or northampton. even though it is a ways away youll still pay less even with travel. On top of that whoever is responding to there reviews is overly condescending to all of the negative reviews, they clearly have no care for the consumer and are out for the money. My buddies and I used to come and hang out after work and relax and bowl for a fair price. now this will no longer be the case. Everytime i drive by there parking lot is empty since the new owners have aquired the alley. I dont know why they felt the need to add all of the arcade games if I wanted to play games I would have stayed home and played xbox or playstation for FREE. They’re trying to drive the last thing to do out of this town…striaght...
Read moreI came to Springfield to visit family for the holidays, and on Christmas I brought the family here to bowl. The place wasn't too crowded so we had our own seating area to bowl. We had the last lane (#28) at first but the bowling machine kept on breaking, so the staff switched us to #27 and it was good for the rest of the time. The food took like 40 mins to come (they had a lot of orders), but the food is actually really good! We ordered two burgers, buffalo wings buffalo pizza, and curly fries. They were all really good. I ordered some more curly fries. My dad is a very hard food critic and he thought the food is great. I have been to many bowling alleys, and I'm starting to think the food at bowling alleys are pretty legit, better than many restaurants. The place is clean and the staff were friendly. We would...
