
Myself and my Maid of Honor and flower girl all got our hair and makeup done for my wedding. I had Rachel and during my pretrial I was literally shaking with nerves. She was over the top amazing helping me relax. The day of my actual wedding I couldn't have felt better being with her and I CANT TELL YOU HOW MANY COMPLIMENTS I got. Sam had my flower girl and my niece is soooooo chatty at the age of 7 and Sam was LOVING it. They talked the entire time. It was so heartwarming to listen too. I can't remember the name of the stylist for my maid of honor but she was again a 10 out of 10. My maid of honor doesn't always get chatty in these type of scenarios but I remember saying...OMG I can't believe I can't believe how relaxed and chatty she is!!!!!! They are the best of the best. She was so patient, kind, and gentle throughout the entire process. She took her time, made my mom feel comfortable, and treated her with such dignity and warmth. It meant more than I can put into words.
And on top of thatāmy momās hair looked beautiful afterward! It was styled so nicely and truly brought a smile to her face (and mine). I can't thank Jasmine enough for turning what could have been a stressful experience into something so positive and special.

I bought products that were expired and was overcharged for a purchase when I gave specific instructions to Lisa R to use two cards for one purchase. Instead she charged one account three times. Lisa never apologized for her mistake and when returning to the salon for a different visit she was trying to provoke a fight right in front of other customers. I expressed my concerns to management and NOTHING was done. Then I tell the manager what happened and she says "maybe this isn't the right salon for you" REALLY?????? You just lost a faithful customer. Get rid of Lisa R. at the front desk and just maybe ill reconsider. If you want a business to value you as a customer you will not get that...
