I will be going to another don Robertos i have been a long time customer. And every single time i go to make a payment the manager here Arcelia always tries to sell me something. I still have a high balance of over 2 thousand. I let it slide a few times. But the last time i went i told her im only making a payment. She was like buy a chain i told her no she became really annoying insisting , it was a thick chain and over 2 thousand . So she like no down payment . I told her again NO. Because then my balance is gonna be over 5 thousand . She like its fine . um no its not! She made it sound like it was nothing , she crazy! so as i was leaving again. She caught up to me now insisting i buy earings . I walked out there mad . geez i know they wanna sell but cmon! I went to another don robertos in pico rivera to make a payment afterwards and the lady much better there. i told her payment only and she like ok no prob and didnt insist on selling me stuff. So i will be goin to that other store in pico...

Really bad experience, i went in just to see different types of rosaries. I seen a few that i liked so one of the ladys asked me if i want it to open credit with them. So i agreed to the process not knowing that they were going to keep my id and my money hostage. So to make the story short i got denied and i just want it to leave but the two workers from there kept on insisting to buy something all desperate and wouldn't give me my belongings back till i buy there jewelry....
