Ladies and gentlemen of the community.

While I’m more than ecstatic at the continual operation of one of my favorite local eateries for Mexican classics, it pains me to discover too many loyal clientele are still very unaware of the new location.

Issues with their lease contract were primarily to blame for their sudden change of location, hence their short-notice relocation.

Nevertheless, they have reopened in a new location and still serving some of the best meals in class. But this is where we as a community have an opportunity to pool our support for those businesses that make their food with love and in turn, share that love with us; their neighbors.

Please help raise awareness of their new location. They deserve it, and with their delicious food, so do...

My husband and I were craving tamales and this place popped up near me on a Google search. We decided to give it a try. We ordered champurrado and it was awful. It tasted like old grease. Maybe like old or stale masa? We both took one sip and left it there. The tamales were okay. They were a little bland, the rice and beans were okay. They only gave us green salsa, which really helped give the food more flavor. I gave the atmosphere a 1 star because there was a big fat moth flying behind my husbands head the entire time and it grossed me out. I know it’s probably not the restaurant’s fault that a huge moth snuck in overnight. But still, it didn’t help the...

Greetings,.. I am a man of 54 yrs. Born in East L.A. moved into a local Suburb a few miles away. Blessed with a traveling position,(Disney). I've always been in search for the best Tamales,.. I TRIED THEM ALL !! from West coast to East coast. & every single one that East L.A Has to offer...as well as The S.G.Valley "NOT A ONE" No one comes close. Their masa` and meat are portioned perfectly...so Fresh, such great quality. They are a blessing , and such a real treat. Staff is very professional, kind , clean, & helpful...English & Spanish speaking. Come from the West side or Orange county If you want the best... Sincerely... A successful, life...

girl at register told me "hey we have bean and cheese tamales on the weekend, if you want to try?" so I said sure.. why not.. well I get home and cheese isn't even melted it's barely even warm.. wth? waste of money.. I seen that and just threw it away edit:: tried the pork tamale and when I opened it up the masa was still semi raw.. I just can't win with this place.. šŸ˜•

Never knew about this place was just searching for a place that would have menudo early on the weekend, and it was a hit. I also tried the chicharon Tamale šŸ«” very tasty šŸ˜‹ I definitely will be going back to try some different dishes, and I really liked that they're family owned and all for the East LA community šŸ™ŒšŸ¼āœØļøšŸ™šŸ¼
