First time shopping in Tri-town Foods and my last time. I was in meat section and I was unable to find ground chicken breast. I went up to the meat counter where 3 employees were standing around talking. Twice I tried to get their attention. Finally, I spoke to someone and they do not grind chicken breast for you. These employees have time to talk but not work. I ended up buying chicken because I drove up from Old Saybrook and I did not want to totally waste trip. When I went to check out lines - not one employee was at the registers. Again, employees were busy talking and I had to ask for help. There are no self serve checkout lines or I would have checked out myself. I like to support local businesses, and I am new to area, but I believe customer service...
