NO overnight parking even though there is plenty of room for it and no garbage cans or restroom. They took me early and had me unloaded a little after 2 hours (20 min before my appt time). Loreal shipping/recieving is by door 12N. Dont bother calling they dont answer the phone. There is a travel plaza close by pay for parking but if you spend that money in the store it goes towards parking. Staff where ok took about 15mins to answer the phone when booking in I know I was early for my appointment got there 1515 but appointment was 1800 didn't get a door until 1930 you have to drop you trailer completely and park away from it and wait so they final finished at 2315 which is mad they then gave me the wrong paperwork and there is no overnight parking! So just slow is the biggest issue and no parking when you have to wait over 5 hours...

One of the worst place to pick up. They start to load you, take at least 2 hours break before they load you half of it, then take another 2 hours break before 75% of the load is in your trailet and take another 2 hours break before they are done, but wait, they take another 2 hours just to give you paperwork. Worst place, try to avoid it cause you will spend you driving hours just sitting...
